Mysterio Teams with NXT Star, JR on WWE’s HOF Building, Photo of Celeb Backstage



- Jim Ross confirmed reports of Orlando being a destination for WWE’s physical Hall of Fame building. Ross was asked about a Hall of Fame building and museum on Twitter and replied:

“My guess is yes. Orlando a likely site. All TBD.”

- Travis Barker was backstage at last night’s WWE live event in Los Angeles. Here he is with Rey Mysterio:



- Rey Mysterio returned to action at last night’s WWE live event at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. NXT star Bo Dallas defeated Damien Sandow by DQ when Cody Rhodes interfered. This brought out Rey for a tag team match. Rey and Dallas went on to defeat Rhodes and Sandow.

Santino Marella Taking Time Off to Heal Injured Neck



WWE Superstar Santino Marella will be taking time off from WWE due to a neck injury he suffered at last Friday’s Raw live event in Austin, Texas.

On Monday, Santino underwent an MRI to assess to the damage in which he said the results were “not good.” As a result, Santino will be replaced by Yoshi Tatsu on his weekly YouTube series, “Santino’s Foreign Exchange.” Embedded in the video below, is an update from Santino in this week’s episode.

CM Punk Talks WWE’s Success, Clayton Jack Reveals New Goals



- CM Punk discussed why WWE is so successful in an article published by the Associated Press.

“It’s successful because it changes with the times,” said Punk. “It’s not just a wrestling show, it’s a complete spectacle.”

The article also contains quotes from John Cena, Paul Heyman and Jerry Lawler.

- Clayton Jack revealed his short term goals in an article published by FOX 12 in Oregon.

“I am just really excited for the opportunity to work with the WWE,” Jack said. “As far as goals go, I just want to learn as much as possible. Hopefully if I do well in the three years, maybe I can get an NXT title or move up to the WWE.”

As noted earlier, Clayton Jack recently signed a WWE developmental deal.

Mysterio Comments on Return, Tyson Injury Update, More



- WWE.com spoke to Kidd following the surgery, who said that he plans to be back in six months even though the doctors estimate him to return in seven to nine.

- ESPN has recently started posting their own WWE power rankings. CM Punk tops their latest list, followed by The Rock, Dolph Ziggler and Alberto Del Rio. John Cena rounds out the top 5.

- As noted earlier in the week, Rey Mysterio was advertised for Friday’s WWE Raw live event in Los Angeles, California but not advertised for any of the shows after. Mysterio, who is currently away from WWE dealing with a personal issue, confirmed the appearance Friday afternoon, writing on Twitter, “Heading up to LA Staples for Raw tonight 7:30 in about 2hrs from the 619!”

- Former WWE Superstar Edge will receive the Lou Thesz award at the 2013 Tragos/Thesz Pro Wrestling Hall Of Fame in Waterloo, Iowa this July.

WWE Returning To Atlantic City, The King To Be Honored In Home State, Vintage Collection Recap




- The January 18th, 2013 edition of WWE Vintage Collection featured just 1 match: the Royal Rumble match from 2000

- USA Championship Wrestling will present "A Tribute Fit For A King" featuring Jerry Lawler on March 9th, 2013 at the Crestview Middle School in Covington, Tennessee. Bell time is 7:30 PM. Tickets cost $10 for adults & $8 for students.

- WWE released the VIP Superstar Schedule for this year's WrestleMania Axxess at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, NJ, from Thursday, April 4, to Sunday, April 7. The Undertaker, John Cena, Ric Flair, Bret Hart, CM Punk, Triple H and Shawn Michaels are amongst the VIP stars scheduled.
